County-Approved Soil • Fast Trucking • Final Grading When your project needs soil brought in—or excess spoils hauled away—Red Line delivers. We provide clean, lab-verified fill dirt, efficient export & disposal, and finish with professional grading & compaction so your site is construction-ready. We service across Orange County & Los Angeles County.

Clean, Tested Fill Dirt (No Trash, No Debris)

All import material is sourced from authorized providers and verified by an Orange County–approved lab—delivered, placed, and compacted for long-term stability.

Complete Hauling & Export Solutions

From pool dig-outs to large commercial earthwork, our in-house trucking fleet removes spoils on schedule and disposes of them responsibly—keeping your job moving and your site clean.

Site Balancing Made Easy: Import, Export, and Compaction

Earthwork changes elevation—sometimes you need more soil, sometimes you have too much. We handle both with a proven, code-compliant workflow: volume takeoffs, clean fill sourcing, export routing, and final compaction. You’ll receive documentation as needed, including compaction reports and haul-off manifests, so your next trade can start immediately.

Our Process

Dirt Import / Export Workflow

Step 1: Site Evaluation & Volume Takeoff
We assess elevations, access, and soil type, then calculate cubic-yard quantities to import or export.

Step 2: Soil Sourcing & Quality Control
For imports, we secure clean, county-approved fill and can arrange lab testing as required. For exports, we plan routes and authorized disposal.

• Clean fill from verified sources
• Optional soil engineer testing & reports
• Routing & permits for haul-off as needed
• Schedule aligned with your next trade

Delivery, Export & Final Grading

Step 3: Trucking & Placement / Load-Out
Our fleet delivers fill and places it where needed—or loads and exports excess spoils quickly and safely.

• 10-wheel & transfer trucks
• Skid steers & loaders
• Limited-access placement
• Debris separation (as needed)

Step 4: Compaction & Sign-Off.
We finish with grading and compaction (90–95%) to create a stable, build-ready surface and provide any compaction documentation your jurisdiction requests.
